GRR - Phone registration failures

    We have redirected all GRR phones to our IAD datacenter which has resolved the issues. If you are still having call failures after this email, please reboot your phone before submitting a ticket to help@uptimevoip.co for further support.

    We are currently seeing some customers with intermittent failures of phone registration on our GRR datacenter and we are investigating this incident. An update will be provided in 30 minutes.

GRR Core Server - Loss of Communication

    This incident has been resolved. Our datacenter made the final changes to the routes around the impacted ISP.

    We implemented a internet provider fix at the GRR datacenter and are currently monitoring the result. If you continue to have issues after a reboot, please email help@uptimevoip.co and we will handle issues on a case by case basis.

    At 10:30am ET, our monitoring system alerted us to the GRR server being unreachable for two minutes, resulting in device registrations and inbound calls to failover to other servers. Shortly after the same datacenter loss communication again. We are investigating quickly and will determine if we need to temporarily close GRR. Updates to follow
